This just in: conspiracy theory turns out to be true

I knew it! I just never thought we would one day find out:
Investigators finding out that WHO may have been full of shit

During the H1N1 "crisis", claims that the WHO were in bed with the pharmaceutical companies were laughed at. In the process, public funds were squandered for a vaccine that made many people sick, sometimes for weeks.

Though there clearly never was an actual conspiracy, it seems organizational oversight has allowed the guidelines to be marred by conflict of interest which brings the same results: the WHO may have acted in the interest of the pharmaceutical companies.

That shit is inexcusable and should not be taken lightly.

I also heard that Donald Rumsfeld owned a substantial stake in the primary company responsible for manufacturing that vaccine.
Just saying.

I'd love to hear Cass's take on the your use of the quotations around crisis. It's my understanding that the concerns over H1N1 were legit, that if nothing was done the spread of the flu and the subsequent death toll could have been analogous to the previous influenza pandemics and that regardless of the mass hysteria over it this strain of the flu remains particularly potent and it's still a potential issue.

we're talking about how the WHO would be in on it with the drug industries, which is not surprising given their psychodelic type of musical art.
