Blame the Black Man

You know, Molesto might be right. When something goes wrong, organizations just find the highest-ranked black man and blame him.

UBS 'rogue' trader Kweku Adoboli found guilty of fraud

I'm sure he's guilty, but I find it hard to believe he was a rogue trader, that he was the only one behaving that way in a nest of psychopaths.
