I havent been riding for two days.
My knees are actually hurting from not moving.
I think I may have developed chondro-calcinosis from all this inertia.
On another subject, please dont try to reach me for the next 6 days.
I'm taking heavy fire from this ending semester, and I need as less human contact as possible, as it might alter my computing abilities.
I love you all very much.
p.s Woody, are you in town? Dont call me.

I haven't stopped riding and I think that makes me the stupidest person. I think it's due to this undying hope I have that road conditions will go from horrific to merely brutal, any hour now.
Also, I don't want to stop riding. I don't want to give in to Misstress Nature. I don't want to lose my freedom. I don't want succumb to the constrictions of conventional sanity.
I would probably be geared up and riding too but like I said my brakes are fubar...
I have one exam left on Friday and then I'm free from the shackles of education... for about a week or so.
Good luck on your exams Nerdlord. If you don't have an answer to a question you can always write Starcscream in... who knows, you might get the points.
I was glad to know you, Cyclofrantic.
You were a good man. A noble man.
You may have had a less than acceptable moral hygiene, but still, you were a good man.
May God have your soul.
well, I bought my brake pads today, de cruded and waxed my frame and put some grease on the exposed parts (cables, not the chain).
I'm prepared now to break my face on the pavement... well, I still need thermal socks and some decent shoes.
At least MEC sells and delivers these items.
Well Dildo, consider yourself lucky if you dont die a horrible death.
(image search "car run over" and take a look at those crushed stomach X-rays)
As for me, I am currently devising plans for a Tricycle while trying to outshine Euclide in the field of discrete mathematics.
I dont know which one of these endeavors is the most feasible, but I know for sure either of them are safer then riding my bike on permafrost among angry and stupid car drivers.
i've been saying this for years but we need to put our heads together and build a 4 wheeled lightweight bike for winter. If I were an engineering student...
