Dude! I was totally thinking the same thing about the glasses! It was way back in the Spring of 2001 that I realized, accepted and integrated that the Japanese Race is simply genetically programmed to be cooler than us.
they are!!! even the really dorky things they do is cool! did you know that the homeless have organizations there? they work together and share stuff and those who don't contribute get penalized!?!?! that's totally beyond our concept of homelessness, it's like parallel societies... i'm a dork. just not in a japanese sorta way....
