I think I've already posted about this. But I felt it was worth it not to check. Anyways, it actually looks better not-quite-built doesn't it?

the unfinished building looks like an 11 with one of the '1's pointing the wrong way.
So, how is this building not going to end up killing thousands of people?
because the Chinese government won't allow reports about such an event to spread ergo making it as if it would have never happened.

actually, as an aside, I noticed how programming languages are alot like newspeak. it's a bit unsettling.
