I like how the opposition working together is somehow seen as the end of Democracy as a whole. Have they even read the coalition agreement? The funniest part of all this is the myriad of shitty facebook groups on the subject... I'm not much of a seperatist (in fact, I'm not at all) but some of the misconceptions out west regarding the federal government and Quebec are both laughable and sad and ultimately make me think that disassociating ourselves from stupidity might not be such a bad idea.
When I was in London, Ontario I was actually considered exotic. They kept calling me the french guy even though I hadn't spoken a word of french. In fact, at no point did I even mention that I knew how to speak french.
When I was in Vancouver 10 years ago, I was called a seperatist and I had to explain to others that the people in Quebec don't hate the rest of Canada.
Still you have to hand to Harper for saying that Stéphane ''Mr. Clarity'' wants to destroy the country.
